The objective of LUV URSELF-Fitness is simple: To efficiently & enthusiastically educate, assist, & motivate everyday people (MEN WOMEN & TEENS) that have the desire to become more active and healthy as a chosen LIFESTYLE not a trend!!! 

The way LUV URSELF-Fitness helps you to achieve this healthy lifestyle is through an equal balance of 3 methods we call P.U.L.:

The bImageest way to show URSELF that you’re really ready for change is not to say it, but to mean it,& PROVE IT with action! We do our best in training you to become self-motivated. We will check in regularly with UR progress, have you remind URSELF of your own important goals, & make sure your doing well through your transformation answering any ???'s you may have along the way.

2) U.SE IT...

Now this is the hands on part, the fun stuff! There’s a huge variety of ways to become more active, we don’t put the emphasis on what you do for exercise, we just make sure UR doing something everyday, that you can personally enjoy. So don’t be shy, USE ITl! Experience the newfound energy & strength you can create in UR life right away! Our exercise programs are performed outdoor, in home, in office, or your favorite locations & available to you 7days a week.

  -TONING & STRENGTH training (light resistance E~z to use methods, ALL  can be done in home or just about anywhere)

To complete any successful weight loss program healthier nutritionalImage habits are a must if you really want to LOSE IT! The good news is there’s no diet, it’s not as hard as you may think to maintain, & you should never go starving or hungry again. Learn to shift UR eating habits to UR advantage. We work closely w/ our members as they learn to redevelop & enjoy eating tasty natural foods which benefit their health & body instead of slowing them down. Learn to eat in moderation. Savor UR food instead of swallowing it. Cut out late-night eating. Drink a minimum of 64ounces of water everyday!
